
Richard David-Caine
Roles: Jacques/Vlad/Bobita
Richard recently finished a three-year acting course at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. During his training he played a diverse range of roles, including political mastermind Grahame Chandler in the musical The Fix and Polpoch, an insane patient in the asylum of Marat/Sade. Before his training Richard was a member of the National Theatre’s Young Company, in which he worked with established writers at the National Theatre, developing new plays for the Shell Connections Festivals. During his time there he also performed on London’s South Bank in the devised piece PeopleWatching and played the Writer in The Shoemaker’s Incredible Wife at RADA’s Vanbrugh Theatre.
Richard’s professional credits include the new drama Elder Latimer Is in Love (Arcola Theatre) and the legendary comic sketch show NewsRevue (Canal Café Theatre).
